Now it is possible to go from exhausted batteries directly to the production of new ones without the involvement of very expensive, outdated and EXTREMELY POLLUTING processes such as lead smelting, refining and traditional lead oxide conversion through Ball Mills or Barton-pot.
The lead oxide regeneration technology by STC is called Lead3 and is completely HYDROMETALLURGICAL!
We already produced a batch of 2000 Lead3 batteries which demonstrated to be even more performing than traditional ones.
