It is composed of a Charging System, Rotary Furnace equipped with oxyfuel burner, a trolley with ladles for molten lead and slags transport, process fumes extraction and full air pollution control system
STC designs and supplies Rotary Furnaces in several sizes from 500 up to 10000 lt of molten lead (from 5 to 40 ton of feed per batch referred to paste only) with single or double fumes passage. They can be fitted with Standard air-fuel or pure oxygen-fuel burner in accordance with the client’s requirements.
